Traditional Japanese "kaiseki" cuisine and a la carte is available in the evenings at the superb Hanasanshou restaurant where chef Yoshiaki Takada sources fresh seasonal ingredients from a farm in Kyoto that has been growing vegetables for more than 10 generations.
